OUR MISSION

We empower Indigenous innovation.

Our mission is closing the digital gap that affects Indigenous peoples by backing education, connectivity, and innovation. Through grants for people advancing in technology fields, supporting lasting internet access, and funding projects that protect Indigenous languages and culture, we’re dedicated to helping Indigenous learners and communities thrive. We believe in supporting the path to becoming global tech leaders while keeping our cultural heritage strong.

Grant opportunities

Working with strategic partners to provide financial assistance for Indigenous and Non-Indigenous students looking to access post-secondary and continued education opportunities in technology, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

Tools, Access & Training

Providing access to the tools, resources, training, and internet access needed to fully participate in today's digital economy. This includes physical hardware, software, connectivity tools, and training rooted in Indigenous data sovereignty and ethical AI.

Indigenous Tech Center

We are committed to providing opportunities to gather, learn, and celebrate Indigenous contributions to innovation and technology through a state-of-the-art Indigenous Tech Center of Excellence to be built in Treaty 6 Territory. This is the primary goal and project of the foundation.
